This is the last video of our “What’s that?” series. Join us next week as we start a new series on the Parables of Jesus. Thanks for joining us, and remember, theology doesn’t have to be difficult, it is simply the study of who God is.
What is grace? What does it mean to live by the grace of God? What does it do to our sin?
In this week’s episode, we cover the idea of grace and what it means for our sin. Ultimately, grace is something that we experience. Any words we come up with to describe it will fail to capture the true essence of grace. As always, the concept of grace can not be boiled down in one episode, but we will highlight the story of the Woman Caught in Adultery to try and understand what grace looks like.
God answers prayers. But Sometimes it is in the way we need them answered and not in the way we want them answered. It can be frustrating, but ultimately it is God providing what we need.
This episode is dedicated to talking about how God called me into ministry and how it was an answer to my prayers in the way I needed and not wanted. If you ask something of God through your prayers, sometimes it means you’ll end up in places you didn’t expect.
Good Thursday to you all. A new Thursday means a new episode of Thursday’s Theology is up and running!
This week we are focusing specifically on Luke 18 and Jesus’ parable of the Tax Collector and the Pharisee. We are going to be discussing how Jesus uses two extreme examples, one righteous and one unrighteous, to prove a point about the hypocrisy of prayer.
In essence, prayer is meant to be a personal conversation with you and God, not done in public for your own self gratifications.

And remember, theology doesn’t have to be complicated, it is simply the study of who God is.
